Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the ResinForge mobile application and related public information services operated by CICHO (“Service Provider”, “we”, “our”).
ResinForge is designed as an epoxy resin workshop assistant for recording resin brands, Part A / Part B ratios, total volumes, additives, workshop temperature, humidity, pour depth, curing notes, mold materials, release agents, unit preferences, duplicated formulas, and post-cure validation reminders.
What information does ResinForge obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, store, sell, or share personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
Formula data and workshop records that you enter into the app, such as resin ratios, additive notes, temperature, humidity, pour depth, curing notes, mold details, and reminder settings, are intended to remain on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
If the Application or website is accessed with an active internet connection, ordinary technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted as part of standard network connectivity. CICHO does not retain this data for tracking, profiling, or analytics.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. ResinForge does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Do third parties have access to information obtained by the Application?
Since ResinForge does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties. CICHO does not sell personal data.
Data Retention
CICHO does not retain personal data collected through ResinForge because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use. Resin formula records, resin brand names, Part A / Part B ratios, total volume measurements, additive entries, pigment notes, pearl powder notes, UV stabilizer notes, ambient temperature, humidity levels, pour depth, estimated working time, curing performance notes, thermal profile records, mold materials, release agents, past performance notes, duplicated formulas, metric or imperial unit preferences, post-cure validation reminders, and app settings are designed to remain locally on the user’s device.
If you voluntarily contact CICHO by email or through another communication channel, CICHO may retain that communication only as long as needed to respond, manage the request, and meet reasonable legal or administrative requirements.
Data Deletion
Because ResinForge does not collect or store personal information on CICHO servers, there is no remote personal account or server-side profile to delete. You can remove locally stored app records by using any available in-app clear/reset options or by uninstalling the Application from your device.
If you voluntarily provided information to CICHO through email or another direct contact method, you may request deletion of that information by contacting: support@cicho.it.com.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since ResinForge does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device. You may also stop contacting CICHO at any time.
Children
ResinForge is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. CICHO does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by the Application.
Security
Because ResinForge does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure from the Application is minimal. However, no system is completely secure. CICHO applies reasonable safeguards to protect any information voluntarily provided through direct communication.
Responsible Use Notice
ResinForge is a creative workshop assistant and project documentation utility. It is not certified chemical safety software, industrial manufacturing control software, medical-grade material verification, structural engineering approval software, professional laboratory testing software, or chemical compliance certification. It does not replace resin manufacturer instructions, material safety data sheets, PPE requirements, ventilation rules, workshop safety procedures, or professional technical judgment.
Changes to this Policy
CICHO may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Previous versions may be requested by contacting CICHO.
